Guys I am tired. TIRED. Folders are a real mess and I can't even imagine why. Just read this journal for Pete's sake, I won't accept submissions if they keep being sent to the wrong folders. You have NO idea, cleaning them up will take weeks, WEEKS of my personal time. I just ask you to read this journal carefully since I will decline submissions from now on if they are sent to the wrong folders and will give no further explanation.


Featured: This folder is for mod use only. Here you find the blank app, blank NPC app, the island map and other general references plus winner deviations from group contests.

Special NPC's: This folder is for mod use only. You will find those NPC that will appear on events and the professors. If you want to have an rp with them just ask a mod.

Student Applications: In this folder you can only submit your student app. That means one per member. Then second characters have their separate folder in here. NPC's folder can also be found here.

Classes: in this folder you can submit art of any kind or rp logs of events that take place in class any class, that means there should be a mention of the class professor somewhere. It is actual in class time, not homeworks.

Mixed Houses: This folder is exclusively for images (outside of class) that have characters from several houses. Tumblr asks also have their separate sub-folder in here.

Adventure: in this folder you can upload art or rp logs of events that take place as an adventure, for example exploring Mew's forest, getting in caves, camping and other stuff like that. This is for mixed groups as well.

Assingments: this folder is the one that will hold art of classes mini events, once we start one. This will have a different point value as they are smaller events.

References: in this folder you can upload pieces that are references for yourself or someone else. That means art or descriptions of how a character, it's clothes or special items look like so others can draw/describe them in their pieces.

NPC's interaction: in this folder you can submit art of your character interacting with a special NPC outside of class, art of only said special NPC and art of your character and normal NPC's once we open up for them. For example a drawing of your character meeting Coach Artemis on the halls, a drawing of Coach Artemis by himself can go here.

Blank Memes: this one's easy, if you create a blank meme for others to fill it goes here.

Completed memes: Here you submit the memes that have already been filled out. This folder has two sub-folders:

Heart Charts: here you post filled heart chart sheets, you can fill as many as you need.
Pets: here you post completed pet memes, just one pet per student at the moment.

Icons: here you post emotion icons to be used in the rp chats as well as pixel icons.

Sketches and WIPs: sketches, doodles, unfinished pieces as well as screenshots go here.

Contests: For special OOC contests we'll host. Like the emblems one. Not for Events.
