She'll be impressed if someone shares a lot in common with her and/or better with history work, but she isn't that impressed with foul attitude and will lose her respect to bullies or those who get into actual fights (those not considered proper battles). Being a history geek she may likely to ramble off anything history related without even knowing and will get along well with other history geeks; Emila will help out her friends she cares in terms of homework and classwork.

History:Emila Hayashi was born to a family of 5 to a Ninjask mother and a Gliscor father in the city of history of Ecruteak City in the Johto region, for Emila she is the youngest of the three children to the family. Her older brother Yacove is the eldest and is already busy with high school and her older sister, Silvan had started middle school when she joined the family. The Nincada didn't get to see her father much however for her Gliscor father works as an archaeologist at Oreburgh City, exploring the cave with many others to find artifacts and such there since it is known to titter with them so Emila isn't as close to him as much as she is with her mother but he visits for a week or so before leaving again to the Sinnoh region. Her mother on the other hand stays home in Ecruteak City to take care of her children and running a Tea shop just next door, occasionally having Silvan help her out and Yacove to watch over the Nincada.
During the few two years the young Nincada for some reason couldn't speak and it frustrated her being unable to speak until the first words were finally uttered, her older siblings and her mother worked on having her to catch up in speech development to speak normally. Other than that Emila had a simple normal young childhood playing with dolls and watching television shows for kids of her age, when she came to the age as a preteen she found a classic book her sister left around in the house that she was suppose to read for class in her school and read it out of curiosity and liked it. Although she's too old at that point, she still kept her little dolls she used to play when she was so little in her own room, not wanting to let go of them anytime soon.
She began to develop her hobby of playing the violin (and singing while no one else is looking) when she joined the orchestra band in middle school. It is also during these middle school years that a fourth child was born, a younger brother named Agel and Emila immediately loved him. Not only did the birth of the newest family member occurred during these years, Yacove had graduated High school and went away for college and more importantly Emila evolved into a Ninjask after gym class.
During the last middle school year her father came to visit and told about a recent artifact discovery in one of the caves in Oreburgh which caught the Ninjask's attention, with the knowledge and information her father told her about it was she inspired to be an archaeologist just like her father and scrambled to get a hold of history books. Her sister having a different point of view didn't like the thought of getting dirty by digging up buried objects, which annoyed Emila here and there about it but she still supported her as sisters. During her studies in history did she also began a liking and a passion to world history and ancient civilization, and - well, just about anything of history related. She then decided she wanted to be a Historian as well as being an Archaeologist, but she got stuck in deciding what she wanted to do in the future.
Now in her high school years her sister had already graduated high school and stayed behind at home to help her mother in running the shop and taking care of Agel, also serving herself to help in Emila's studies and homework when she needed help. However, during the first year as a freshman she had witnessed a fight during lunchtime between two boys fighting over something stupid. Emila was absolutely horrified to see what she saw and felt sick to the stomach at just the memory of it, it frightened her so much about everyone in her school and became a pacifist as a result. The school didn't feel welcoming to her at all and she grew uncomfortable being there to study and all with everyone there, she tried to push the feeling away for the next few years until at some point she couldn't take it with the occasional fights occurring. She spoke to her parents and her sister about it, then her sister suggested the Armonia Institute if she wants to go to another school where she'll feel safer. At first she was skeptical about it but after a few days of pondering about and researching the private institute that she decided to apply to go there, hoping that school is much better and safer for her to continue in her studies without the worries of fights or battles.
After arriving to Armonia...
Emila seem to have improved in her outlook to everyone in the magical place of Armonia, and learned to accept the unexpected shenanigans that is Armonia. Unfortunately, so has her social ability with everyone else as she felt a little lonely after all her known friends went and gone, a factor that was amplified when the Shadow Virus plagued the Island on Febrary 2015. Likewise, the entire nightmare month of the virus infection helped brought Emila to find new friendship and bonds, including one she personally felt close to and that purified her heart. The Virus outbreak did help the Ninjask to see life a bit different and matured to a fine young lady as she reaches the age of adulthood...
